孟村煤矿副井马头门位于深厚煤层中,为了防止施工后变形破坏,通过模拟试验,选择了合适的结构形式---马蹄形反底拱。一次支护为锚网喷+锚索,增强了围岩自身承载能力,减小了硐室顶、帮载荷。永久支护为现浇钢筋混凝土碹。掘砌施工分段进行,先主体工程,后附属工程,减小了大断面掘进给围岩带来的破坏。冻结管穿过马头门位置预埋注浆管,进行注浆封堵,隔断马头门与冻结管外环形空间的水力联系,消除了水压对马头门的作用力,减小了马头门载荷。马头门竣工后,进行了为期2年的变形破坏观测,未出现底鼓和顶板下沉、墙部位移现象,稳定性良好,达到了预期效果。

A mine auxiliary shaft ingate of Mengcun Mine was located in a deep and thick seam.In order to prevent deformation failures occurred after the construction of the mine shaft ingate ,with a simula-tion experiment ,a suitable structure shape---a horseshoe reversed floor arch was selected.A primary support was a bolt/steel mesh/shotcrete + anchor ,could enhance a self loading capacity of the sur-rounding rock and could reduce the load on the roof and sidewall of the chamber.A permanent support was a site pouring reinforced concrete liner.An excavation and lining construction was conducted in section ,the main part of the project was conducted first and the subsidiary part of the project was con-ducted second.T hus the failure of the surrounding rock caused by a large cross section excavation could be reduced.A preset grouting pipe at a location of freezing pipe passed through the ingate was applied to the grouting and water sealing to isolate a water connection between the ingate and the ex-ternal annular space of the freezing pipe ,to eliminate the water pressure effect to the ingate and to re-duce the load on the ingate.After the ingate construction completed ,a site deformation and failure ob-servation with a period of two years was conducted ,there was no floor heave ,roof subsidence or side-wall displacement occurred ,the stability of the ingate was excellent and the expected effect was reached.
