在医疗过程中,配药和注射均需医生或护士手工操作,严重依赖操作者的技术水平和积极性。针对在烧伤整容等精准注射,技术要求极高的情况,开发了以西门子S7-200系列PLC为控制器,MCGS触摸屏作为人机界面,28直线步进电机作为执行器件,以压力传感器等的一种含有推力保护的、精度小于0.01 mL/s的恒流量精准注射装置。

In the process of medical treatment, doctors or nurses need manual operate pharmaceuticals and injection, which heavily dependents on the operator′s technical level and positivity.For precision injecting such as burn plastic and other high technical requirements,a kind of precision injecting device is designed which contains a constant flow, force protective and precision less than 0.01mL/s.Such equipment is realized with Siemens S7-200 series PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) as the controller, the MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System) touch screen as human-computer interface, 28 linear stepping motor as executing device.
