介绍了铣削头的结构组成及工作原理,并应用AMESim软件对铣削头在不同地质条件下的双铣轮与泥浆泵功率分配情况做了计算,为实际施工速度提供了具有参考性的参数。设计了铣削头的液压系统,并对双轮铣槽机在土质条件不变时和铣削轮转速稳定与土质条件改变时这两种工况对液压系统进行了仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析可知液压系统的设计满足机器的施工要求,对后续双轮铣槽机铣削头液压系统的实际设计具有参考意义。
介紹瞭鐉削頭的結構組成及工作原理,併應用AMESim軟件對鐉削頭在不同地質條件下的雙鐉輪與泥漿泵功率分配情況做瞭計算,為實際施工速度提供瞭具有參攷性的參數。設計瞭鐉削頭的液壓繫統,併對雙輪鐉槽機在土質條件不變時和鐉削輪轉速穩定與土質條件改變時這兩種工況對液壓繫統進行瞭倣真。通過對倣真結果的分析可知液壓繫統的設計滿足機器的施工要求,對後續雙輪鐉槽機鐉削頭液壓繫統的實際設計具有參攷意義。

The structure and operating principle of the milling head are described ,and the software AMESim about the milling head is applicated in calculating power between different geological conditions and mud double milling round, which provides a reference parameter for the actual construction of the speed.These two conditions, which they are milling soil conditions un-changed and soil conditions changed, are simulated on the design of the hydraulic system of the milling head.The simulation results show that the design of the hydraulic system meets the construction requirements of the machine, and provide a refer-ence for the actual design of the subsequent the milling head of the trench cutters.
