压缩式封隔器通过液压油驱动洗井活塞运动从而完成油层或水层间的隔离,活塞的有效密封是保证封隔器正常工作的前提。通过建立O形密封圈的非线性有限元分析模型,对配合外径为115.7 mm,厚度分别为5.3 mm和3.55 mm的两种O形圈进行了分析,通过密封圈接触面最大接触压力判据,得到两种结构密封圈的临界工作压力为8.4 MPa和7.6 MPa。依据Von Mises 应力对密封圈进行仿真校核的结果表明所分析结果是正确的。所得研究成果可对O形密封圈的设计与使用提供理论依据,为提高封隔器的可靠性从而确保油气勘探开发的安全进行提供指导。

The sealing piston is controlled to drive the compression packer to isolate the oil or water layer, and effective seal-ing of the piston is the precondition for the regular working of the packer .Nonlinear finite element analysis model of the O rings are established, two kinds of rings whose thicknesses are 5.3 mm and 3.55 mm with both their diameter 115.7 mm are analyzed.Two critical operating pressures 8.4 MPa and 7.6 MPa are obtained respectively by using the maximum contact pressure criterion.Checking the effectiveness of the sealing rings by using the Von Mises stress, results show that the analysis results of the models are correct .The research results will provide theoretical basis for the designing and operating of the O rings and improve the reliability of the packer, which guarantees the safe drilling of the oil and gas.
