目的：探讨布氏杆菌脊柱炎的影像特点及鉴别诊断。方法对12例布氏杆菌脊柱炎患者的磁共振成像（MRI）图像进行回顾性分析。结果布氏杆菌脊柱炎的患者可有不同程度的椎体受累，且均可见不同程度的软组织肿胀，但未见明显脓肿形成；6例增强扫描可见病变椎体内骨髓水肿部分均匀强化，椎旁软组织肿胀影均匀强化，其内未见无强化的脓腔。结论低场MRI对以腰背痛为首发症状的布氏杆菌脊柱炎具有重要的诊断价值，增强扫描对布氏杆菌脊柱炎的诊断有特殊的诊断意义。
목적：탐토포씨간균척주염적영상특점급감별진단。방법대12례포씨간균척주염환자적자공진성상（MRI）도상진행회고성분석。결과포씨간균척주염적환자가유불동정도적추체수루，차균가견불동정도적연조직종창，단미견명현농종형성；6례증강소묘가견병변추체내골수수종부분균균강화，추방연조직종창영균균강화，기내미견무강화적농강。결론저장MRI대이요배통위수발증상적포씨간균척주염구유중요적진단개치，증강소묘대포씨간균척주염적진단유특수적진단의의。
Objective To explore the imaging features and differential diagnosis of brucellosis spondylitis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 12 patients with brinell coli spondylitis′ MRI images. Results Brucella Spondylitis patients had a different degree of vertebral body involved, and could have different degree of soft tissue swelling, but no obvious abscess formation;By enhanced scan of 6 cases, part of marrow edema had homogeneous en-hancement, which can be seen within the vertebral bone, paraspinal soft tissue swelling shadow with homogeneous enhancement, within which no enhancement of the abscess. Conclusion Low-field MRI has important diagnostic val-ue on brucellosis spondylitis with back pain as the first symptoms, and enhanced scan have special diagnostic signifi-cance for the diagnosis of brucellosis spondylitis.
