目的：探讨骨化性颅骨骨膜下血肿的CT表现。方法回顾性分析15例骨化性颅骨骨膜下血肿的CT资料。结果15例中，单侧14例，双侧1例，共16个血肿，15个血肿位于顶骨，1个位于枕骨。 CT表现为紧贴颅外板的新月形软组织密度影，外缘见弧形骨化，不跨越颅缝。结论骨化性颅骨骨膜下血肿具有特征性表现，CT可作出正确诊断。
목적：탐토골화성로골골막하혈종적CT표현。방법회고성분석15례골화성로골골막하혈종적CT자료。결과15례중，단측14례，쌍측1례，공16개혈종，15개혈종위우정골，1개위우침골。 CT표현위긴첩로외판적신월형연조직밀도영，외연견호형골화，불과월로봉。결론골화성로골골막하혈종구유특정성표현，CT가작출정학진단。
Objective To evaluate the CT features of ossified subperiosteal hematoma of cranial bone. Meth-ods CT manifestations of 15 cases with ossified subperiosteal hematoma of cranial bone were retrospectively ana-lyzed. Results There were 16 ossified subperiosteal hematoma in the 15 cases including 14 cases located unilaterally and 1 case bilaterally. Fifteen were located on parietal bone, 1 was located on occipital bone. CT showed as crescent-shaped hyper-dense shadow with shell or hill like calcified edge. The swollen part broadly attached to the outer plate of cranial bone and did not overstep the cranial sutures. Conclusion CT findings for ossified subperiosteal hematoma of cranial bone are specific, which may be helpful for confirming the diagnosis.
