目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清P-选择素、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平的变化及临床意义。方法采用自动生化分析仪检测80例ACS患者(ACS组)、80例稳定性心绞痛患者(SAP组)和80例健康体检者(正常对照组)血清LDL-C水平,使用自动生化分析仪、采用酶联免疫分析法检测3组血清P-选择素水平。结果ACS组、SAP组血清P-选择素、LDL水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),ACS组血清P-选择素水平明显高于SAP组(P<0.05),ACS组血清LDL水平与SAP组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关分析结果显示,ACS组血清P-选择素水平与血清LDL-C水平呈正相关(r=0.349,P<0.01)。结论检测ACS患者血清P-选择素、LDL-C水平的变化对ACS的发生发展均具有重要的临床意义,血清P-选择素浓度升高可以作为ACS发生的预测指标。

Objective To investigate the changes in serum P-selectin and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) concentrations and their significance in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods Automatic biochemical analyzer and ELISA method were used to measure the serum levels of LDL-C and P-selectin in 80 patients with ACS (ACS group),80 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group)and 80 healthy subjects(control group). Results Compared with control group, le-vels of P-selectin and LDL-C significantly increased in ACS group and SAP group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with SAP group, levels of P-selectin significantly increased in ACS group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in LDL-C levels between SAP group and ACS group (P>0.05). P-selectin levels were positively correlated with LDL-C levels in ACS group (r=0.349, P<0.01).Conclusion Changes in serum P-selectin and LDL-C levels have important clinical significance in the occurrence and development of ACS. The increase in P-selectin levels can be used as the predictive index for ACS.
