以太子参茎尖为外植体,采用超低温去除病毒方法,通过组织培养研究了芽增殖诱导、丛生芽诱导、生根壮苗诱导的适合条件,以期形成太子参规模化育苗技术。结果表明:超低温处理1 h后,太子参脱毒率可达90%以上;规模化组培育苗最适宜配方为初代培养基为改良MS+2.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IAA继代增殖培养基为改良MS+1.2 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L NAA,壮苗生根培养基为改良MS+0.2 mg/L KT+1.5 mg/L DA-6+10%蛋白粉。

이태자삼경첨위외식체,채용초저온거제병독방법,통과조직배양연구료아증식유도、총생아유도、생근장묘유도적괄합조건,이기형성태자삼규모화육묘기술。결과표명:초저온처리1 h후,태자삼탈독솔가체90%이상;규모화조배육묘최괄의배방위초대배양기위개량MS+2.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IAA계대증식배양기위개량MS+1.2 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L NAA,장묘생근배양기위개량MS+0.2 mg/L KT+1.5 mg/L DA-6+10%단백분。
The shoot tips of Pseudostellaria heterophylla as explants in vitro culture was conducted for adventitious bud induction , bud multiplication and root induction under super low temperature treatment, in order to form a large-scale breeding technology .The results showed that with super low temperature treatment for 1 hours, radix Pseudostellariae virus-free rate might reach above 90%.The most suitable initial culture medium in the fast reproduction system was MS +2.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L IAA, and the subculture medi-um was MS+1.2 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L NAA.The highest proliferation rate was 12.5.The rooting medium was MS +0.2 mg/L KT+1.5 mg/L DA-6+10%protein powder .
