The MCGS configuration has been introduced in this paper .Through virtual extension way with intermediate relay M for output instead of the output image register Q , to solve the programming in-terface is not enough in the condition of the complex control system .By software instead of hardware to re-alize complex control system effective operation , simplifies the PLC control system construction means and validation method , and save the investment .
