提出一种基于PLC和气动控制的物料自动分拣实验平台，完成了PLC系统、气动控制系统、MCGS组态监控系统的设计。实现了不同材质、不同颜色物料的自动分拣，并对分拣过程进行可视化监控。实验运行结果表明，分拣正确率高，通过更换不同种类的传感器，即可实现对不同物料的自动分拣，为学生自动控制系统综合设计实践提供了可扩展的平台，具有较高的教学价值。

A material automatic sorting experiment platform which based on PLC and pneumatics is presented in this paper .It designed the PLC system , pneumatic control system and MCGS configuration monitoring system .The experiment platform implements the automatic sorting of different material quality or in different color , and the visual monitoring of sorting process .Experiment results shows that the sor-ting accuracy rate is high .By changing the different types of sensor , automatic sorting of different materi-als can be realized .It has high value in teaching and provides a scalable platform to enhance the capabil-ity of the student in comprehensive automatic control system design .
