针对我国高原地区车辆柴油机使用现状，通过高原环境特点分析，车辆柴油机故障统计以及故障模式、影响及危害性分析，明确高原地区柴油机故障特点和典型故障产生的原因；结合高原环境特点与柴油机使用状况，提出车辆柴油机高原环境条件下合理使用建议与预防故障的改善措施。

In accordance with the application status of vehicle diesel engine used in plateau area of our country, through the analysis of the plateau environment characteristics, vehicle diesel engine failure sta-tistics, and the Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis, the main failure's characteristics and the causes of the typical failure are determined. Combined with the characteristics of plateau environment and the application conditions of diesel engine, reasonable suggestions and preventive or ameliorative meas-ures of failures in the plateau environment are put forward.
