为了消除因温度变化引起的加速度传感器频率混叠现象,笔者采用在传感器信号调理电路的负反馈电阻上增加电容,形成一阶低通滤波器的方法,既可保证产品工作频率范围内的有效信号不被衰减,又可滤除信号频带外的所有高频噪声,是提高加速度传感器测试精度的一种有效措施。
為瞭消除因溫度變化引起的加速度傳感器頻率混疊現象,筆者採用在傳感器信號調理電路的負反饋電阻上增加電容,形成一階低通濾波器的方法,既可保證產品工作頻率範圍內的有效信號不被衰減,又可濾除信號頻帶外的所有高頻譟聲,是提高加速度傳感器測試精度的一種有效措施。

In order to eliminate frequency aliasing phenomenon of the acceleration sensor caused by temperature change, the authors adopted increasing capacitance on negative feedback resistance of the sensor signal conditioning circuit, which formed a first-order low-pass filter, which ensured product can be effective signals are not within the scope of work frequency atten-uation, but also filter all the high-frequency noise in addition to the signal frequency band. The method was a kind of effec-tive measures for increasing accuracy of acceleration sensor test.
