基于AHP理论建立一种国家推进大众体育参与欲望因素筛选评估模型。通过此筛选模型对刺激欲大众体育参与欲望因素进行筛选，比较优劣，从而科学的、有效的筛选出适合刺激大众体育参与欲望的因素体系。避免了盲目、主观上造成对运动资源的极大浪费和大众体育参与欲望不高的不良影响。

기우AHP이론건립일충국가추진대음체육삼여욕망인소사선평고모형。통과차사선모형대자격욕대음체육삼여욕망인소진행사선，비교우렬，종이과학적、유효적사선출괄합자격대음체육삼여욕망적인소체계。피면료맹목、주관상조성대운동자원적겁대낭비화대음체육삼여욕망불고적불량영향。
Based on the AHP theory, the evaluation model of the factor selection can be established to push ahead the public par-ticipation in sports. Through this selection model, the selection of factors stimulating the public participation in sports can be conducted and the advantages of these stimulating factors are compared, selecting scientifically and effectively factors stimulat-ing the public desire of participation in sports. It helps to avoid the adverse effects of wasting sports recourses and having no high desire to participate in sports.
