The paper was introduced overland quality and barycenter measurement method of sailing carrier, and analyzed e-quilibrium state of carrier. Then, the paper was solved buoyancy and buoyant centre, and obtained accurate three-dimensional population parameter, which realized accurate balance weight and trimming, ensured consistency of population parameter, and satisfied normal sailing of sailing carrier.
