悬挂输送机的平稳运行需要保证多台电机的同步运行,笔者提出了一种基于PLC和变频器的悬挂输送机同步控制系统方案,采用位置和速度双闭环调速控制方式,保证了多台电机的同步运行,而且精度较高,系统反应速度较快。在应对负载变化时,能避免各电机速度的大起大落,使输送链运行平稳,大大地提高了系统的可靠性。
懸掛輸送機的平穩運行需要保證多檯電機的同步運行,筆者提齣瞭一種基于PLC和變頻器的懸掛輸送機同步控製繫統方案,採用位置和速度雙閉環調速控製方式,保證瞭多檯電機的同步運行,而且精度較高,繫統反應速度較快。在應對負載變化時,能避免各電機速度的大起大落,使輸送鏈運行平穩,大大地提高瞭繫統的可靠性。

Smooth running of under-slung conveyor need to keep more than one motor synchronous operation. The author put forward a synchronous control system scheme based on PLC and frequency converter, which ensured synchronous operation of more electrical machine with high precision and fast response speed. In response to load changes, the scheme avoided the ups and downs of each motor speed, conveyor chain smooth operation, greatly improved the reliability of the system.
