能否高效、快速地读取生产数据,不仅影响着生产控制精度,还影响着控制系统的可靠性及稳定性。针对PROFIBUS总线在烟厂控制系统中存在的缺点,提出了改进方案,即通过使用PROFINET代替PROFIBUS总线连接并与各生产环节进行通信。通过PROFINET I/O接口将生产设备集成到PROFINET上,从而实现了上位机(工程师站、Win CC)、主控PLC与现场设备间能够高效、快速传递数据。

Whether the production data can be read efficiently and quickly not only affects the control accuracy of production, but also affects the reliability and stability of the control system. In response to the shortcomings of PROFIBUS bus in the control system of the tobacco factory, this paper proposes the improved program that PROFINET replaces PROFIBUS bus to connect and communicate with various production processes. Production equipments are integrated into PROFINET through using PROFINET I/O interface, realizing the efficient and quick transmission of the data among the upper station (engineer station, Win CC), the main controller PLC and on-site equipment.
