采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Al3+掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂,以亚基蓝为污染物,在160W的高压汞灯下,考察了Al3+掺杂对TiO2光催化性能的影响,并通过XRD对其结构进行了表征。结果表明:Al3+掺杂能够提高了TiO2光催化活性;Al3+-TiO2的最佳制备条件为硝酸铝为掺杂前驱体,r(Al:Ti)为0.01,焙烧温度500℃时光催化活性最佳。
採用溶膠-凝膠法製備Al3+摻雜納米TiO2光催化劑,以亞基藍為汙染物,在160W的高壓汞燈下,攷察瞭Al3+摻雜對TiO2光催化性能的影響,併通過XRD對其結構進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明:Al3+摻雜能夠提高瞭TiO2光催化活性;Al3+-TiO2的最佳製備條件為硝痠鋁為摻雜前驅體,r(Al:Ti)為0.01,焙燒溫度500℃時光催化活性最佳。

This experiment uses the sol-gel method to make Al3+mixed with the nanometer TiO2 photocatalyst. Through using the subunit blue as the pollutant, this paper studies the effect of the Al3+ doping on the photocatalytic performance of TiO2 under the high pressure mercury lamp of the 160 watts and the surface features of Al3+-TiO2 is measured by XRD. The results indicate that the doping of Al3+can enhance its photocatalytic activity and the optimized preparation conditions of the Al3+-TiO2 are as follows: the Al3+doping can improve the photocatalytic performance; the best preparing condition of Al3+-TiO2 is to use the aluminum nitrate as the precursor for the doping; r(Al:Ti) is equal to 0.01; the best photocatalytic activity is under 500 degrees celsius of the calcination temperature.
