传统的高压空气截止阀存在关闭力矩大、密封可靠性差等缺点,其结构形式无法满足超高压空气系统的要求;而平衡式阀件结构新颖,具有良好操作性和可靠性,较传统阀件有明显的优势。文中介绍了超高压平衡式空气截止阀的结构与原理,通过对传统高压空气截止阀与超高压平衡式空气截止阀的启闭受力分析和密封形式比较,来说明平衡式截止阀的先进性,并对其发展方向提出建议。

Structure of traditional air stop valve cannot meet the requirements of hyperpressure air system due to its drawbacks of great close moment, poor sealing reliability, etc. However, a balance valve has obvious advantages of original structure, great maneuverability and high reliability.This paper introduces the structure and principle of the balance stop valve with hyperpressure air, and illustrates its advantages by comparison of open and close force analysis and sealing style between the traditional air stop valve and the balance stop valve with hyperpressure air. It also gives advices for the development of the balance stop valve with hyperpressure air.
