炭化过程是制备炭化微米木纤维微粒捕集器滤芯工艺中的关键环节,对环境、温度、加热均匀性等方面有严格的要求。通过对微波加热理论的深入研究,将微波技术应用于炭化过程,结合实际工艺需求,设计出小型微波炭化装置用于制备该滤芯。详细介绍了装置中谐振腔的材料与尺寸的选择、核心器件的选用、无氧保护的实现等关键技术问题,并对以针叶松为原料制成的木纤维滤芯进行炭化实验。实验结果表明:该装置可有效提高木纤维滤芯炭化的可靠性,极大提高滤芯制备的效率和质量。
炭化過程是製備炭化微米木纖維微粒捕集器濾芯工藝中的關鍵環節,對環境、溫度、加熱均勻性等方麵有嚴格的要求。通過對微波加熱理論的深入研究,將微波技術應用于炭化過程,結閤實際工藝需求,設計齣小型微波炭化裝置用于製備該濾芯。詳細介紹瞭裝置中諧振腔的材料與呎吋的選擇、覈心器件的選用、無氧保護的實現等關鍵技術問題,併對以針葉鬆為原料製成的木纖維濾芯進行炭化實驗。實驗結果錶明:該裝置可有效提高木纖維濾芯炭化的可靠性,極大提高濾芯製備的效率和質量。

Carbonization process is a key point in the preparation method of carbonized micron wood fiber ( CMWF ) diesel particulate filter ( DPF ) filter core, which have stringent requirements of environment, temperature and uniform heating. The principle of microwave heating was investigated and microwave technology was used in the process of carbonization,and in order to meet the actual needs of preparation craftsmanship,a small microwave carbonization device which used in the preparation of the filter core was designed. This paper discussed the key technical problems on the design process of this device which include the choice of the size and materials of the resonant cavity, the selection of the core parts of the device, the realization of the anaerobic protection,and also performed the experiment with the wood fiber made by the coniferous pine materials. The results of the experiment show that the device could improve the reliability of the carbonization of the wood fiber effectively,and improve the efficiency and quality of the filter core greatly.
