对牛皮杜鹃无性繁殖及人工引种驯化进行试验研究,结果显示:牛皮杜鹃无性繁殖使用IAA 100 mg/L处理20 min,在土壤使用人工客森林腐殖土与珍珠岩各占50%,遮光50%,平均气温19℃,平均地温16.5℃条件下的生根率达56%.对照组清水浸泡20 min,生根率达52%;培养土的组合以森林腐殖土与珍珠岩各占50%的生根效果最好;根段没有一个发芽,说明在无叶的前提下即使有芽苞,由于没有叶的光合作用也不可能发芽;异地引种经过3a物候监测,生长缓慢,不易推广.

대우피두견무성번식급인공인충순화진행시험연구,결과현시:우피두견무성번식사용IAA 100 mg/L처리20 min,재토양사용인공객삼림부식토여진주암각점50%,차광50%,평균기온19℃,평균지온16.5℃조건하적생근솔체56%.대조조청수침포20 min,생근솔체52%;배양토적조합이삼림부식토여진주암각점50%적생근효과최호;근단몰유일개발아,설명재무협적전제하즉사유아포,유우몰유협적광합작용야불가능발아;이지인충경과3a물후감측,생장완만,불역추엄.
The asexual propagation technique and artificial introduction experiment of Rhododendron Chrysanthum Pall. in the Changbai Mountains were studied. As to the research on the asexual propagation technique,pretreatment was applied by soaking Rhododendron chrysanthum with solution of IAA (100 mg/L) for 20 min. Then,Rhododendron chrysanthum was planted in the soil which composed of foreign forest humus (50%) and perlite with 50% light shading treatment. Results showed that under the suitable condition ( average air temperature of 19℃,average soil temperature of 16. 5℃),the rooting rate of Rhododendron. chrysanthum was 56%. Whilst, rooting rate of control treatment ( pretreatment was applied by soaking root of Rhododendron chrysanthum with water for 20 min) was 52%. Moreover,after treatment,no bud germinated from the root,which indicated that a bud could not germinate if there were no leaves because of the absence of leaf photosynthesis. Phenology observation was conducted for three years after introduction. The growth of Rhododendron chrysanthum was extremely slow. Therefore,the introduction of Rhododendron chrysanthum was not suitable for promotion.
