目的：探讨胫骨远端内侧LCP治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法对24例胫骨中下段骨折采用胫骨远端内侧LCP手术内固定治疗。结果本组24例患者随访13~39个月，按Johner-Wruhs评分标准：优18例，良4例，可2例，无畸形愈合、骨不连、钢板外露、感染等并发症。结论胫骨远端内侧LCP允许以更“生物”的方式处理胫骨中下段骨折，最大限度地保留局部血供，促进骨折早期愈合，减少并发症发生。
목적：탐토경골원단내측LCP치료경골중하단골절적료효。방법대24례경골중하단골절채용경골원단내측LCP수술내고정치료。결과본조24례환자수방13~39개월，안Johner-Wruhs평분표준：우18례，량4례，가2례，무기형유합、골불련、강판외로、감염등병발증。결론경골원단내측LCP윤허이경“생물”적방식처리경골중하단골절，최대한도지보류국부혈공，촉진골절조기유합，감소병발증발생。
Objective To study the efficacy of LCP(locking compression plate) internal fixation of distal tibial medial for treating middle and distal tibial fracture. Method 24 Cases of middle and distal tibial fracture were treated with LCP internal fixation of the distal tibial medial. Results By following 24 examples for 13 ~39 months,according to the standards of Johner-Wruhs as follows:18 cases are excellent,4 cases are good;2 cases are medium;there were no other complications such as malunion,nonunions,nickelclad exposure and infection at the same time. Conclusion LCP internal fixation can provide a more “biological” way to deal with the middle and distal tibial fracture,which can retain the local blood supply to the utmost extent,accelerate the early healing of fracture and reduce the occurrence of its complications.
