分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司生产低硅铝镇静钢时板坯连铸浸入式水口堵塞的原因,通过采取提高转炉复吹效果、RH加入增碳剂强制碳脱氧、降低钢包顶渣TFe含量、优化钢包底吹氩工艺以及保护浇铸等措施后,浸入式水口平均使用寿命由170 min提高至240 min,更换频率由平均2.0支/浇次降至1.1支/浇次。

The reasons leading to clogging at submerged nozzle while continuous casting aluinum killed steel with low silicon slab in Bayuquan Iron &Steel Subsidiary Co. of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. are analyzed. After taking such measures as improving the efficiency of the converter combined blowing, forcing deoxidation by adding carburant into RH, reducing the content of TFe in top slag of the ladle, optimizing the process of blowing argon from the bottom of the ladle and carrying the protective casting process, the average service life of the submerged nozzle is increased to 240 minutes from 170 minutes and the average changing frequency of the nozzle is reduced to 1.1 pieces per casting from 2.0 pieces per casting.
