根据鞍钢中薄板坯连铸连轧线的实际条件,通过采用合理的微合金化成分设计以及控轧控冷技术,开发出了600 MPa级C-Si-Mn-Cr热轧双相钢。钢板组织主要由大量铁素体和少量马氏体组成,其力学性能良好,抗拉强度达到600 MPa以上,屈强比低于0.70,延伸率80大于19.0%,值高于0.15,满足国家标准要求。
根據鞍鋼中薄闆坯連鑄連軋線的實際條件,通過採用閤理的微閤金化成分設計以及控軋控冷技術,開髮齣瞭600 MPa級C-Si-Mn-Cr熱軋雙相鋼。鋼闆組織主要由大量鐵素體和少量馬氏體組成,其力學性能良好,抗拉彊度達到600 MPa以上,屈彊比低于0.70,延伸率80大于19.0%,值高于0.15,滿足國傢標準要求。

In connection with the actual operations of medium and thin slab continuous cast-ing and continuous rolling production line in Angang, 600 MPa grade hot rolled C-Si-Mn-Cr sys-tem dual-phase steel sheet is developed based on the suitable microalloying composition design and TMCP technology. The microstructure of the developed steel sheet mainly consists of a great deal of ferrite and little martensite with good mechanical properties. Its tensile strength is more than 600 MPa, yield ratio less than 0.70, elongation 80 more than 19.0% and n value over 0.15, all of which can meet the requirements specified in national standards.
