针对采购商与供应商合作关系的情形，在采购商可接受的风险范围内，以考虑罚金情况下的供应商满意度下降值最小为目标，建立了基于单产品、单阶段的供应商选择模型，并对模型进行求解，最后结合企业样本进行实例验证，证实了模型的可行性和有效性。结果表明，构建的供应商选择模型可以有效地为企业采购决策提供参考。

The partnership between buyers and suppliers has become increasingly important . For enterprises in order to select suitable suppliers ,a model for selecting suppliers based on sigle-product and single-phase was established ,with the acceptable degree of risk by users and with the orinimum decline in supliers’ satification as the target .The model was solved and verified by a sample eaterprise . The results show that the model is feasible and effective ,which can provide enterprises with theoritical and practical supports .
