果蔬品具有易腐、易烂的特征,在配送过程中会发生腐烂,而且每个需求点对果蔬品的配送都有时间窗要求。针对果蔬品配送中心选址问题,假设易腐品的腐败率是线性可变的,考虑果蔬品在配送过程中产生的腐败成本和未按客户时间要求送达而产生的惩罚成本,由建设成本、运输成本、腐败成本、惩罚成本组成总成本且以总成本最小为目标。建立果蔬品配送中心选址模型,设计了启发式算法mk-means进行求解。通过M atlab编程进行了实例分析,验证了模型的有效性和正确性。

Fruits and vegetables are perishable ,and will not in their distribution process ,and each demand site requires time window s for their distribution .In order to deal with the location problem of the distribution centers ,a model for selecting the sites of distribution centers was first established .In the model ,the rot rate is assumed to be linear variable .The cost produced by rot fruits and vegetables in distribution and the penalty cost for delayed delivery are taken into consideration .And the minmum total cost is set to be the target ,which includes construction cost ,transportation cost ,rot cost and penalty cost .Then ,a heuristic algorithm mk-means was designed for solving the problem .Finally ,a case study was made through Matlab programming ,showing that the model is effective and corret .
