作为特种设备之一的钢丝绳已经成为国民经济建设的重要基础设备,面对钢丝绳断裂造成的严重事故,需采取一些必要的技术手段来预防。从技术方面分析钢丝绳无损检测的国内外发展现状,对基于电磁原理的各种电磁检测方法做了详细的说明,为开展钢丝绳安全检测的理论、技术与方法,开发检测仪器提供一定的参考。

Special equipment of steel wire rope has become the important infrastructure of national economy construction. In face of wire rope fracture cause serious accident, technical means was needed to take. In this paper, the authors analyzed present situation at home and abroad of nondestructive testing of wire rope from aspect of technology development, and in-troduced various electromagnetic detection methods based on principle of electromagnetic, which provided certain references for carrying out safety inspection of wire rope theory, technology and method and development of testing instruments.
