高等教育大众化背景下,高校教学满意度问题引发社会的广泛关注。笔者从高校学生立场出发,深究传统教师角色问题,藉此提出教师角色转变的三个向度,即知识传授方式、师生交往形式、教学管理模式,以期提升高校学生对教学的满意度。
高等教育大衆化揹景下,高校教學滿意度問題引髮社會的廣汎關註。筆者從高校學生立場齣髮,深究傳統教師角色問題,藉此提齣教師角色轉變的三箇嚮度,即知識傳授方式、師生交往形式、教學管理模式,以期提升高校學生對教學的滿意度。
고등교육대음화배경하,고교교학만의도문제인발사회적엄범관주。필자종고교학생립장출발,심구전통교사각색문제,자차제출교사각색전변적삼개향도,즉지식전수방식、사생교왕형식、교학관리모식,이기제승고교학생대교학적만의도。
Under the background of popularization of higher education, colleges and universities teaching satisfaction problem caused the wide attention of the society. From the standpoint of university students, the authors explored the traditional teach-er’s role, and put forward the three orientation of teacher’s role change, including knowledge instruction way, form of inter-action between teachers and students and teaching management model in order to improve college students’satisfaction in teaching.
