目的：观察任督二脉穴位埋线联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的疗效。方法：61例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组31例。治疗组于督脉和任脉相应穴位进行埋线，每15天1次，4次为一疗程，1个疗程后统计结果。对照组于同样穴位处摩揉。两组均配合常规康复治疗。结果：缓解脑卒中后肌张力增高疗效治疗组明显好于对照组。结论：任督二脉穴位埋线联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高安全有效。
목적：관찰임독이맥혈위매선연합강복훈련치료뇌졸중후기장력증고적료효。방법：61례수궤분위치료조30례화대조조31례。치료조우독맥화임맥상응혈위진행매선，매15천1차，4차위일료정，1개료정후통계결과。대조조우동양혈위처마유。량조균배합상규강복치료。결과：완해뇌졸중후기장력증고료효치료조명현호우대조조。결론：임독이맥혈위매선연합강복훈련치료뇌졸중후기장력증고안전유효。
Objectives:To investigate the therapeutic effects of combined catgut embedding therapy in the Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel for hypermyotonia after stroke.Methods:61 patients with hypermyotonia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (Group A) and control group (Group B).In treatment group,catgut were implanted at specific points in the Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel every 15 days,4 sessions constituting a single therapeutic course.In control group,the patients treated with the massage on the same points in the Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel.All patients in both group were given routine rehabilitation training.Results:The clinical outcome of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions:The combined catgut embedding therapy in the Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel for hypermyotonia after stroke is safety and effective;it is worth to spread.
