介绍了海南连续运行卫星定位综合服务系统（简称HiCORS）的建设背景、虚拟参考站技术的工作基本原理和各组成部分的功能，详细阐述了该系统在常规测量中的大地测量、控制测量、地籍测量和宗地测量、数字地形图测量、建设用地勘测定界、施工放样等应用以及测量技术要求，总结出网络RTK技术观测的基本条件，以及相比较于常规RTK的作业优势。

The construction background and the basic principle of Hainan Continuous Operational Reference System ( HiCORS) are introduced along with the principle of Virtual Reference Station and each parts’ function.The technical requirements of HiCORS’ s application in traditional survey is studied.The application and measurement technology requirements of HiCORS in traditional geodet-ic measurement, control measurements, cadastral and parcel survey, digital topographic surveying, construction land boundary sur-vey, construction lofting are discussed in details.Finnally the basic conditions for network RTK technology requirements for observa-tion and the advantage of network RTK over traditional RTK technology are summed up.
