目的:观察不同中药炮制品组成的参苓白术散对小鼠模型肠道菌群影响。方法:小鼠用100%大黄水浸液灌胃造脾虚证模型,然后用不同中药炮制品组成的参苓白术散煎液。结果:模型小鼠肠道双歧杆菌、乳杆菌及类杆菌等厌氧菌含量显著下降(P<0.01),用土炒白术、土炒山药或麸炒白术、麸炒山药组成的参苓白术散灌胃后,3种厌氧菌含量均恢复正常,且双歧杆菌明显超过造模前水平(P<0.05)。需氧菌菌群中,肠球菌含量造模前后无显著性差异,而用土炒白术、土炒山药或麸炒白术、麸炒山药组成的参苓白术散后则下降了1个数量级。大肠杆菌在造模完成时含量明显上升(P<0.01),用土炒白术、土炒山药组成的参苓白术散后含量恢复造模前水平。造模后及用中药后葡萄球菌含量变化不明显。结论:土炒白术、土炒山药或麸炒白术、麸炒山药组成的参苓白术散能促进双歧杆菌并抑制肠球菌,并且可以用党参代替人参。党参、土炒白术、土炒山药等组成的参苓白术散抑制大肠杆菌效果较好。

목적:관찰불동중약포제품조성적삼령백술산대소서모형장도균군영향。방법:소서용100%대황수침액관위조비허증모형,연후용불동중약포제품조성적삼령백술산전액。결과:모형소서장도쌍기간균、유간균급류간균등염양균함량현저하강(P<0.01),용토초백술、토초산약혹부초백술、부초산약조성적삼령백술산관위후,3충염양균함량균회복정상,차쌍기간균명현초과조모전수평(P<0.05)。수양균균군중,장구균함량조모전후무현저성차이,이용토초백술、토초산약혹부초백술、부초산약조성적삼령백술산후칙하강료1개수량급。대장간균재조모완성시함량명현상승(P<0.01),용토초백술、토초산약조성적삼령백술산후함량회복조모전수평。조모후급용중약후포도구균함량변화불명현。결론:토초백술、토초산약혹부초백술、부초산약조성적삼령백술산능촉진쌍기간균병억제장구균,병차가이용당삼대체인삼。당삼、토초백술、토초산약등조성적삼령백술산억제대장간균효과교호。
Objective: To observe the effect of different processed products of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on intestinal flora of mice models. Method:The mice models of spleen deficiency were induced with 100%liquid rhubarb water extract and taken the decoction of different processed products of Shenlingbaizhu Powder. Result:The content of anaerobic bacteria such as bifidobacterium, lactobacillus, bacteroides etc. in intestine of model mice decreased significantly(P<0.01). After the mice were treated by intragastric administration with Shenlingbaizhu Powder composed of soil-baked atractylodes macrocephala koidz and soil-baked radix dioscoreae oppositae or composed of stir-baked atractylodes macrocephala koidz and stir-baked radix dioscoreae oppositae, the content of three types of anaerobic bacteria all returned to normal and the level of bifidobacterium was superior to that of pre-model mice(P<0.05). Among the aerobic bacteria, there was no significant difference in the content of enterococcus between pre modeling and post modeling, but after the mice were treated by intragastric administration with Shenlingbaizhu Powder composed of soil-baked atractylodes macrocephala koidz and soil-baked radix dioscoreae oppositae or composed of stir-baked atractylodes macrocephala koidz and stir-baked radix dioscoreae oppositae, the content of enterococcus decreased 1order of magnitude. After the models were established, the content of escherichia coli increased obviously(P<0.01). After the mice were treated by intragastric administration with Shenlingbaizhu Powder composed of soil-baked atractylodes macrocephala koidz and soil-baked radix dioscoreae oppositae, the content of scherichia coli returned to the level of pre modeling. The content of staphylococcus didn’t change obviously after the mice models were established or the mice were given Chinese herbs. Conclusion:Shenlingbaizhu Powder composed of soil-baked Atractylodes macrocephala koidz and soil-baked Radix Dioscoreae Oppositae or composed of stir-baked Atractylodes macrocephala koidz and stir-baked Radix Dioscoreae Oppositae could improve bifidobacterium and inhibit enterococci. Gingeng could be replaced by Codonopsis pilosula in Shenlingbaizhu Powder.Shenlingbaizhu Powder composed of Codonopsis pilosula, soil-baked Atractylodes macrocephala koidz and soil-baked Radix Dioscoreae Oppositae has good effect in inhibting escherichia coli.
