目的：探讨前置胎盘期待疗法的护理措施及其效果。方法：对53例前置胎盘患者行期待疗法期间在常规护理的基础上,采取强化心理护理、控制感染、抑制宫缩、病情观察、急救配合等综合护理措施。结果：53例延长孕龄8~32 d,无孕产妇死亡,新生儿存活率100%。结论：对前置胎盘期待疗法中的孕妇提供全方位、细致周到的高水平护理服务,既可以保证孕产妇安全,又可以降低围生儿死亡率。
목적：탐토전치태반기대요법적호리조시급기효과。방법：대53례전치태반환자행기대요법기간재상규호리적기출상,채취강화심리호리、공제감염、억제궁축、병정관찰、급구배합등종합호리조시。결과：53례연장잉령8~32 d,무잉산부사망,신생인존활솔100%。결론：대전치태반기대요법중적잉부제공전방위、세치주도적고수평호리복무,기가이보증잉산부안전,우가이강저위생인사망솔。
Objective:To investigate the care measures of placenta previa expectant treatment and its effects. Methods:Fifty-three cases with placenta previa were nursed with the comprehensive care( including strengthening psychological care,controlling infection, inhibiting uterine contraction, observing the disease and emergency rescue ) based on the routine nursing during the expectant treatment. Results:The gestational ages of 53 cases were prolonged 8 to 32 days. No pregnant woman died,and the neonatal survival rate was 100%. Conclusions:Providing comprehensive and high level care for the pregnant women with placenta previa during the expectant treatment can ensure them safety and reduce the perinatal mortality.
