目的:调查男护士离职意愿及其职业承诺现状,探讨其相关性。方法:以整群抽样法抽取10所医院的男护士为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对109名男护士进行离职意愿和职业承诺测评。结果:男护士离职意愿和职业承诺总分分别为(16.23±3.18)分、(72.19±13.84)分。男护士的离职意愿与情感承诺、规范承诺、经济承诺、情感代价承诺和机会承诺5个维度及职业承诺总分均呈负相关关系(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:男护士的规范承诺和机会承诺是影响男护士离职意愿的重要因素。

Objective:To investigate the association of turnover intention and occupational commitment among male nurses. Methods:The male nurses from 10 different hospitals were selected to investigate their turnover intention and occupational commitment by using a questionnaire. Results:The total scores of the average turnover intention among male nurses were 16. 23 ± 3. 18 and occupational commitment 72. 19 ± 13. 84. The occupational commitment level was negatively related to the affective commitment, normative commitment,economic commitment,affection cost commitment,opportunity commitment and the turnover intention among male nurses (P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). Conclusions:Normative commitment and opportunity commitment are important factors affecting the turnover intention among male nurses.
