目的:探讨吲哚菁绿血管造影在脊髓血管网状细胞瘤显微外科手术中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析25例显微外科手术治疗脊髓血管网状细胞瘤患者的临床资料,手术过程中应用吲哚菁绿血管造影,确定肿瘤供血动脉及引流静脉。手术切除肿瘤后再次进行荧光造影评价手术切除范围及观察脊髓正常血管。结果:25例患者均在手术过程中应用荧光造影,显微镜下均全切肿瘤。术后神经症状明显改善21例,无变化3例,加重1例(1周后恢复),无死亡病例。结论:术中应用吲哚菁绿血管造影对脊髓血管网状细胞瘤有明确的应用价值,可以明确肿瘤位置、肿瘤供血动脉及引流静脉,有助于制定手术方案,准确处理供血动脉及引流静脉,减少手术出血及对脊髓损伤程度,提高手术成功率。

목적:탐토신타정록혈관조영재척수혈관망상세포류현미외과수술중적응용개치。방법:회고성분석25례현미외과수술치료척수혈관망상세포류환자적림상자료,수술과정중응용신타정록혈관조영,학정종류공혈동맥급인류정맥。수술절제종류후재차진행형광조영평개수술절제범위급관찰척수정상혈관。결과:25례환자균재수술과정중응용형광조영,현미경하균전절종류。술후신경증상명현개선21례,무변화3례,가중1례(1주후회복),무사망병례。결론:술중응용신타정록혈관조영대척수혈관망상세포류유명학적응용개치,가이명학종류위치、종류공혈동맥급인류정맥,유조우제정수술방안,준학처리공혈동맥급인류정맥,감소수술출혈급대척수손상정도,제고수술성공솔。
Objective:To explore the application value of indocyanine green angiography in spinal cord hemangioblastoma microsurgery operation. Methods: Clinical material of microsurgical treatment and surgical efficacy of 25 cases with spinal cord hemangioblastomas were retrospectively analyzed. In the process of microsurgery, application of indocyanine greenangiography, determine the tumor feeding artery and draining vein. Operation excision again after fluoresce in angiography evaluation operation resection and spinal cord in normal vessels. Results:All patients underwent indocyanine green angiography in the operation process in the application;Total tumor removal was achieved in all the patients. Neurological conditions were improved in 21 patients, remained stable in 3 patients and deteriorated in 1 case (recovery after a week). Conclusion:Application of intraoperative indocyanine green angiography has application value of spinal cord hemangioblastoma, can understand the location of the tumor, the tumor feeding artery and draining vein, conduce to make operation plan, accurate processing of feeding artery and draining vein, decrease operation hemorrhage and the degree of spinalcord injury, improve the success rate of operation.
