目的：基于“银医一卡通”自助医疗服务系统在医院门诊中的应用，探讨系统的结构、功能、特点及实施效果。方法：将银行系统与医院信息系统(HIS)对接，采用银医直联和银行卡支付相结合的方式，实现就诊全流程的医疗信息交换和费用结算等服务。结果：为患者提供自助发卡、绑定、挂号、取号、缴费、查询及打印等功能的服务，有效减少挂号和多次缴费环节的排队时间。结论：采用基于“银医一卡通”自助医疗服务系统是提高医院门诊的就诊效率、改善服务质量的有效方法。

Objective:By the application of medical service system based on the bank-medical card in outpatient department, the system architecture, functions, features and implementation effects will be discussed in this article. Methods: With the docking of banking system and the hospital information system, the payment can be conducted through the combination of bank and medical treatment directly. The services including the medical information exchange, settlement of accounts can be realized in the process of treatment. Results: A series of self services such as card issuance, binding, registration, taking the number, payment, reports query and printing could be finished by patients easily, which reduces the queuing time for registration and the multiple payment effectively. Conclusion: The application of medical service system based on the bank-medical card in outpatient department is effective to raise the efficiency of doctors’ office visiting and improve the quality of medical services for patients.
