目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果。方法：治疗组105例用自拟前列化瘀汤、坦索罗辛治疗，对照组102例用阿莫西林、舍尼通治疗，根据NIH慢性前列腺炎症状评分表进行治疗效果评定并进行对比性分析。结果：痊愈率治疗组48.57%、对照组8.82%，总有效率治疗组94.29%、对照组74.51%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01、P＜0.05）。结论：前列化瘀汤联合坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效明显优于单用西药。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료만성전렬선염적효과。방법：치료조105례용자의전렬화어탕、탄색라신치료，대조조102례용아막서림、사니통치료，근거NIH만성전렬선염증상평분표진행치료효과평정병진행대비성분석。결과：전유솔치료조48.57%、대조조8.82%，총유효솔치료조94.29%、대조조74.51%，량조비교유현저성차이（P＜0.01、P＜0.05）。결론：전렬화어탕연합탄색라신치료만성전렬선염료효명현우우단용서약。
Objective:Design an integrative medicine program to treat chronic prostatitis via prospective study.Method:Compared to the control decoction (102 cases) treated with amoxicillin and Cernilton therapy with self-initiated therapy of tamsulosin and prostatitis circulation decoction,assess the NH chronic prostatitis symptom to analysis the results.Result:The cure rate treatment group 48.57%、Control group 8.82%,total effective rate treatment group 94.29%、Control group 74.51%, Two groups of cure rate、the total efficiency of there was significant difference between(P<0.01、P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of self-initiated therapy of tamsulosin and prostatitis circulation decoction is far beyond western medicine group.
