目的：观察电针配合中药中频离子导入治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：104例随机分为对照组48例和治疗组56例。对照组用电针及中频离子导入仪治疗。治疗组用电针及中药中频离子导入治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率及治疗时间均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：电针配合中药中频离子导入治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切，治疗时间短。

Objective:to observe the self-made traditional Chinese medicine intermediate frequency ion into the clinical curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type method using simple random grouping method 104 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group in the two groups to acupuncture treatment and computer intermediate frequency iontophoresis apparatus in treatment group with homemade herbal medicine of mud in the intermediate frequency double electrode iontophoresis treatment results in treatment group cure effectiveness and treatment time were better than the control group conclusion homemade Chinese medicine intermediate frequency iontophoresis treatment curative effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,treatment time significantly shortened.
