目的：观察清上蠲痛汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：100例分为治疗组50例和对照组50例，对照组服用尼莫地平片。治疗组服用清上蠲痛汤，疗程2周。结果：总有效率治疗组84%，对照组64%，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：清上蠲痛汤治疗偏头痛有较好疗效。

목적：관찰청상견통탕치료편두통적림상료효。방법：100례분위치료조50례화대조조50례，대조조복용니막지평편。치료조복용청상견통탕，료정2주。결과：총유효솔치료조84%，대조조64%，량조비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：청상견통탕치료편두통유교호료효。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingshang juantong Decoction in the treatment of migraine. Methods:From 2008 September to 2010 September outpatient or inpatient treatment of 100 patients with migraine,50 patients were divided into treatment group,50 cases in the control group.The control group used western medicine treatment of nimodipine tablets.The treatment group adopts the Qingshang juantong decoction.For 2 weeks.Results:the treatment group,the total effective rate was 84%,the control group is 64%.The total efficiency of two groups compared with(P<0.05),there are significant differences.Conclusion:there are good curative effect Qingshang juantong Decoction in the treatment of migraine.
