目的：观察中药配合超声引导下穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿的临床效果。方法：32例随机分为治疗组16例和对照组16例，两组均在超声引导下穿刺脓肿并用生理盐水冲洗，穿刺液送细菌培养加做药敏试验。穿刺术后治疗组口服中药治疗，对照组静滴抗生素治疗。结果：治愈率治疗组93.8%，对照组56.3%，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组脓液消退时间、肿块消退时间、血象恢复正常时间、治疗时间有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组均优于对照组。结论：中药配合超声引导下穿刺治疗乳腺脓肿可以加快肿块及脓液消退，缩短治疗时间，效果较好。
목적：관찰중약배합초성인도하천자치료유선농종적림상효과。방법：32례수궤분위치료조16례화대조조16례，량조균재초성인도하천자농종병용생리염수충세，천자액송세균배양가주약민시험。천자술후치료조구복중약치료，대조조정적항생소치료。결과：치유솔치료조93.8%，대조조56.3%，량조비교유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。량조농액소퇴시간、종괴소퇴시간、혈상회복정상시간、치료시간유통계학의의（P＜0.05），치료조균우우대조조。결론：중약배합초성인도하천자치료유선농종가이가쾌종괴급농액소퇴，축단치료시간，효과교호。
Objective:to investigate the clinical application value of the treatment of breast abscess with traditional Chinese Medicine and puncture with ultrasound guided.Methods:32 patients were randomLy divided into the treatment group of 16 cases and a control group of 16 cases,two were punctured in the ultrasound guided and flushed with saline,the fluid sent for germiculture and drug sensitive test.After the puncture,the treatment group take orally the traditional Chinese Medicine, and the control group were dripped antibiotics.Comparing the curative effect between the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,15 cases were cured,the cure rate was93.8%,In the control group,9 cases were cured,1 case of multilocular abscess was complicated by mammary duct fistula,the cure rate was 56.3%,Differences ot the cure rate were significant(P<0.05). Compared the two group with the time of pus fading,tumor fading,hemogram normalized and the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of breast abscess with traditional Chinese Medicine and puncture can speed up the masses and pus fading away,shorten treatment time,which is a ideal meathod.
