目的:探讨全程健康教育在PICC置管患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2011年9月~2013年3月在我院采用PICC置管的112例患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组则给予全程健康教育,然后将两组患者的置管相关不良情况发生率及教育后的置管知识掌握程度进行比较。结果:观察组置管相关不良情况总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),教育后的置管知识掌握程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程健康教育在PICC置管患者中的应用效果较好,不仅可有效控制置管相关不良情况的发生,且有助于改善其生存状态。

목적:탐토전정건강교육재PICC치관환자중적응용효과。방법:선취2011년9월~2013년3월재아원채용PICC치관적112례환자위연구대상,장기수궤등분위대조조화관찰조,대조조진행상규건강교육,관찰조칙급여전정건강교육,연후장량조환자적치관상관불량정황발생솔급교육후적치관지식장악정도진행비교。결과:관찰조치관상관불량정황총발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05),교육후적치관지식장악정도명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:전정건강교육재PICC치관환자중적응용효과교호,불부가유효공제치관상관불량정황적발생,차유조우개선기생존상태。
Objective:To study the influence of whole process health education for the control of related adverse circumstances and survival state of patients with PICC. Methods:112 patients with PICC in our hospital from September 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were educated with routine health education,the observation group were educated with whole process health education,then the tube related adverse circumstances rate and tube knowledge mastering degree,life quality before and after the edu-cation of two groups were compared. Results:The total tube related adverse circumstances rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,tube knowledge mastering degree and life quality after the education were better than those of control group,all P<0. 05. Conclusion:The application effect of whole process health education in the patients with PICC is better,it not only can effectively control the tube related adverse circumstances rate,but also can improve their survival state.
