目的：为规范临床教学，设计并实施科学的产科护生训练计划书，以有效提高产科教学质量。方法：对205名护生采用阶段式学习任务及考核内容相结合的教学方法，根据计划书内容实施带教。结果：通过实施产科护生训练计划书，提高了产科护生的临床综合护理能力，为护生今后从事临床护理工作奠定了基础。结论：制定并实施科学的护生训练计划书，能够有效提高产科护生的教学质量，培养出实用型护理人才。

Objective:For standardizing clinical teaching, design and implementation of scientific obstetric nursing students training plan,and effectively im-prove the teaching quality of obstetric nursing students. Methods:205 nursing students used a combination of teaching methods of the stage learning tasks and assessment content,according to the implementation of the plan content with religion. Results:Through the implementation of the obstetric nursing students training plan to improve the obstetric nursing students clinical nursing ability, laid the foundation for the future of nursing students in clinical care. Conclu-sion:To develop and implement the scientific nursing students training plan to obstetric nursing students can effectively improve the quality of teaching, practical training nursing talent services.
