目的：探讨品管圈活动对脑卒中单元护理文书书写缺陷率的影响。方法：2013年2~5月，我科运用品管圈及PDCA方法对护理文书书写缺陷和影响因素进行分析，制定并实施相应计划和整改措施，对病历进行不定期检查，实施护理文书书写的持续改进。结果：护理文书书写缺陷率明显下降。结论：通过品管圈活动，进一步规范了护理文书书写，提高了护理文书书写质量。

목적：탐토품관권활동대뇌졸중단원호리문서서사결함솔적영향。방법：2013년2~5월，아과운용품관권급PDCA방법대호리문서서사결함화영향인소진행분석，제정병실시상응계화화정개조시，대병력진행불정기검사，실시호리문서서사적지속개진。결과：호리문서서사결함솔명현하강。결론：통과품관권활동，진일보규범료호리문서서사，제고료호리문서서사질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the quality control circle ( QCC) activity on reducing the defect rate in stroke unit nursing document writ-ing. Methods:We established the QCC group,selected the topic as reducing the writing defects in the stroke unit nursing documents. PDCA cycle method was used in the whole quality management process. The current situation and influencing factors of writing defects in the nursing documents were analyzed. Corre-sponding plan and corrective measures were laid down and put into effect. The nursing documents were checked up randomly and would be revised if any de-fects were found. Thus,the writing quality of the nursing documents was in continuous improvement. Results:After the QCC activity,the defect rate in the nursing document writing decreased. Conclusion:QCC activity can standardize the nursing document writing, improve the writing quality, and so ,ensure the medical quality and safety.
