电力贯通线路为铁路沿线信号和通信设备提供稳定电源,其安全稳定工作具有重要意义,而并网倒闸是保证电力贯通线路安全稳定工作的重要措施之一,但国内外关于铁路领域全电缆电力贯通线路能否并网倒闸并无定论。本文在电缆线路特性研究的基础上,对宁海到临海配电所区段全电缆电力贯通线路及其沿线负荷进行建模仿真,并根据现场全电缆贯通线路限流和线路过负荷保护整定要求,通过仿真计算得到该区段的并网倒闸技术条件,最后利用现场试验对仿真结果给予验证。结果表明,当保证并网电源之间的相位差在20°以内,或者电压幅值比不大于20%,均可实现安全并网。该结论可以为电力贯通线路设计与施工提供技术参考。

Stable power is required to be supplied to signalling and communication appliances and equipment a-long a railway line through power transfixion lines , so safe and stable operation of the power transfixion lines is of great importance . Grid-connected switching is one of the main measures to guarantee safe and stable oper-ation of power transfixion lines ,however ,whether this measure is eligible for all-cable power transfixion lines has not come to conclusion at home and abroad . In this paper , on the basis of research of characteristics of ca-ble power transmission lines , the all-cable power transfixion lines and the loads along the lines between the Ninghai and Linhai Distribution Substations were modelled ;conforming to the on-site requirements for limited currents and setting values of overload protection and taking advantage of simulation and calculation by Soft-ware PSPICE , the technical conditions for grid-connected switching in the Ninghai-Linhai District were found and the simulation was verified by field tests . The research results show that safe grid-connected switching can be secured provided that with the power sources of grid-connected switching ,either the phase difference is con-fined below 20°or the voltage amplitude ratio is kept no more than 20% . Technical reference may be provided for design and construction of power transfixion lines .
