目的：观察抗病毒治疗乙肝相关性肾炎的疗效。方法：62例分为两组，26例用拉米夫定，36例用恩替卡韦，观察治疗前后相关症状及实验室检查指标变化。结果：拉米夫定和恩替卡韦均能迅速降低HBV-DNA水平，改善临床症状和体征，恢复肝、肾功能，使血、尿常规检查正常。两组总有效率比较无显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论：拉米夫定和恩替卡韦均能有效改善乙肝相关性肾炎症状和肝肾功能，疗效确切。
목적：관찰항병독치료을간상관성신염적료효。방법：62례분위량조，26례용랍미부정，36례용은체잡위，관찰치료전후상관증상급실험실검사지표변화。결과：랍미부정화은체잡위균능신속강저HBV-DNA수평，개선림상증상화체정，회복간、신공능，사혈、뇨상규검사정상。량조총유효솔비교무현저성차이（P＜0.05）。결론：랍미부정화은체잡위균능유효개선을간상관성신염증상화간신공능，료효학절。
Objective:To investigate the effect of antiviral therapy in the treatment of hepatitis B virus associated glomerulonephritis(HBV-GN).Methods:62 patients with HBV-GN were divided into 2 groups randomLy.26 of the patients were given Lamivudine and 36 of patients were treated by Entecavir.The therapeutic efficacy were evaluated after treatment for 6 months.Results:Both Lamivudine and Entecavir could decrease the HBVDNA level and significant differences were observed in the liver function,kidney function,CBC and urinalysis after treatment.But No statistical significances were found between the Lamivudine group and Entecavir group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both Lamivudine and Entecavir could improve the clinical symptom、liver function and kidney function of the HBV-GN patients.The antiviral effect were Significant.
