纸基摩擦片是一种多孔湿式摩擦材料，因其具有良好的摩擦特性而广泛应用于车辆及工程机械的自动变速器和制动器中。简要介绍了纸基摩擦片的摩擦磨损机理，综述了近年来通过改进原料配方、制备工艺和油槽结构提高纸基摩擦片性能的进展，并对纸基摩擦片的发展趋势进行了展望。

The paper-based frictional plate is a kind of porous wet friction materials, and it is widely used in the automatic transmissions and brakes of vehicles because of its good frictional properties. In this paper, the friction and wear mechanism was introduced briefly,then the research progress about improving the performance of paper-based friction plate in recent years by adjusting the raw material formulation, preparation technology and oil groove structure was reviewed, and the development trend of paper-based friction plate was discussed.
