甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和环氧树脂(EP)进行反应后,添加偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)和丙烯酸异辛酯,合成的含有丙烯酸树脂链段的环氧树脂作为增韧剂,制备成环氧胶膜。改性后的环氧树脂胶膜剪切强度及剥离强度明显提高,DSC测试显示体系的耐热性能损失不大,用红外光谱分析了固化过程及其改性过程中的反应情况。结果表明,改性后的EP制备出的树脂固化物具有良好的力学及耐热性能。

갑기병희산(MAA)화배양수지(EP)진행반응후,첨가우담이이정정(AIBN)화병희산이신지,합성적함유병희산수지련단적배양수지작위증인제,제비성배양효막。개성후적배양수지효막전절강도급박리강도명현제고,DSC측시현시체계적내열성능손실불대,용홍외광보분석료고화과정급기개성과정중적반응정황。결과표명,개성후적EP제비출적수지고화물구유량호적역학급내열성능。
After the reaction of methacrylic acid(MAA) and epoxy resin(EP),adding azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) and isooctyl acrylate,then the epoxy resin containing the acrylic resin segment was prepared.Using the methacrylic acid modified epoxy resin as the toughening agent,the cured epoxy film was obtained.After the modification the shear strength and peel strength of the cured epoxy film were obviously increased.The DST analysis indicated the loss of heat resistance of the system was not big after modification.The reaction situation during curing and modifying was characterized by IR spectra.The results showed that the cured product prepared with the modified epoxy resin had good mechanical and heat-resistant properties.
