实验研究了表面活性剂和消焰剂对乳化炸药水相析晶点的影响。结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂可使乳化炸药(硝酸铵85%、水15%)的析晶点降低9~10℃,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP10)可使其析晶点降低7℃,十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)和NP10复配可使其析晶点降低13℃。消焰剂使水相析晶点升高,但加入K12和NP10复配物可使析晶点降低20℃以上。

The experiments studying the influence of surfactants and flash inhibitors on the crystallizing point of water-phase in emulsion explosive have been conducted.The results showed that the crystallizing point of the emulsion explosive containing 85% ammonium nitrate and15% water was reduced by 9 to 10℃ ,7℃ and 13℃ by using the anionic surfactants,nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(NP10) and the compounded additive of lauryl sodium sulfate(K12) and NP10,respectively.The crystallizing point of the emulsion explosive was gone up by the flash inhibitors,but the crystallizing point was cut down by over 20℃by using the compounded additive of K12 and NP10.
