采用近红外光谱分析技术对不同地区、不同品种的101份花生样品进行图谱分析,研究了花生水分、脂肪和蛋白含量的快速测定方法。结果表明:花生水分湿基含量分布为4.01%~10.93%,脂肪湿基含量为40.84%~62.81%,蛋白质湿基含量为22.47%~29.67%,分布梯度广,具有很好的代表性。建立了定标模型,为花生整粒的快速评价建立便捷的方法。

Different regions and different varieties of 101 peanuts samples were used to measure moisture, oil content and protein content by near-infrared spectroscopy ( NIRS) . Results showed that moisture was from 4.01% to 10.93%, oil content was from 40.84%to 62.81%, and protein content was from 22.47%to 29.67%. Results had wide graded distribution and good representative. Calibration mode was established for a convenient method to fast evaluation of whole peanuts.
