The authors analyse the influential factors and existing problems of HEV city bus fuel-saving ration. They combine with a large number of experimental data to compare and analyse the fuel-saving level of HEV city buses in China since 2009 up to now. They also propose that it should take the global fuel-consumption data of the similar conventional models buses in the market as the basic data of comparison of HEV city bus fuel-saving ration, and they propose other suggestions.
