设计一种可输出多种分度数的机构,以可调行程液压缸作为动力执行元件,齿轮齿条起中间传递作用,单向离合器作为单向转动部件,最终实现多种分度数输出的间歇运动要求。液压缸的行程利用机械限位方式调整。该机构定位装置同样采用液压夹紧定位方式,保证了该机构在间歇期间定位准确,同时方便实现自动控制。
設計一種可輸齣多種分度數的機構,以可調行程液壓缸作為動力執行元件,齒輪齒條起中間傳遞作用,單嚮離閤器作為單嚮轉動部件,最終實現多種分度數輸齣的間歇運動要求。液壓缸的行程利用機械限位方式調整。該機構定位裝置同樣採用液壓夾緊定位方式,保證瞭該機構在間歇期間定位準確,同時方便實現自動控製。

Output various number of divisions mechanism was designed. The mechanism was driven by the hydraulic cylinder trip-adjustable,and the gear and rack were used to transfer in this mechanism. By the motions of one-way clutch,it was turned a-round in one direction. Finally the requirement of intermittent motion was realized by a various number of divisions output. The me-chanical limit way of adjustment stroke was used for the hydraulic cylinder stroke. Hydraulic fixed position was used for the position device of this mechanism,in order to keep the mechanism position accurately during intermittent motion,at the same time to realize convenient automatic control.
