滤清器多次通过试验可以更准确地评价产品的滤清性能。滤清器多次通过试验台包括污注系统、滤清器测试系统和在线颗粒计数系统。在ISO 19438-2003和ISO 4548-12∶2000的基础上，对滤清器多次通过试验台的污注系统进行深入研究，在试验的基础上，提出一套改进方案，可有效地提高加污流量稳定性和污染液均匀性。

Filter multi-pass test can more accurately evaluate the performance of filter. Filter multi-pass test bench includes con-taminant injection system,filter test system and online particle counting system. Based on ISO 19438-2003 standard and ISO 4548-12∶2000 standard,the contaminant injection system was studied,an improved solution was put forward based on experiments. The improved contaminant injection system can effectively improve the stability of the inject flow rate and pollution uniformity.
